The museum houses a vast collection of early Malay coinage — from Malay Sultanate, cowrie shells, knife money to replicas of ingots in the shape of animals and insects.
If that is not enough, you could also take a look at the Central Bank’s art collection.
Tours
The Federal Bank also provide guided tours for groups of visitors from schools, universities and non-profit organisations. You could join for free. But book in advance.

How To Get Here?
Taxi is the best way to the Money Museum.
The nearest RapidKL train station is the Bandaraya stop. Take the bridge to cross the river and walk along Jalan Dato Onn. It is about 15 to 20 minutes walk from the station.
