Is the Entopia Penang friendly to disabled?
Yes. Entopia (or Taman Rama-Rama Penang as locals call it) is an OKU-friendly attraction. 2 parking bays for OKU visitors are available. OKU restrooms are available at all restrooms locations. The flight garden and the indoor exhibits have routes designed to be accessed by wheelchairs and strollers.
Can I buy the souvenirs here without buying a ticket into the butterfly farm?
Yes, you can get your souvenirs without paying the Entopia’s entry fee.
Just enter the souvenir outlet at the exit area of the Entopia.
How Do I Get Here?
If you don’t want to drive, you can tackle the winding road up to the Batu Ferringhi area via Rapid Penang Bus 101, 102 and 501.
Are there any other attractions near the Entopia?
Yes. The Batu Ferringhi area where the Penang Entopia is built, is well known for it’s night market (said to be the longest in Malaysia), beach area as well as the Escape Park and the Spice Garden.
In fact, most foreigners would stay around this part of Penang during their vacation if view and beach are their top priorities.
